What you’ll do:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screening & Matching: Interview candidates, assess skills and fit, and match them with the right opportunities
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Offer Negotiation & Support: Facilitate employment offers and guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Business Development: Help grow Resumai’s client base by identifying new opportunities
- Administration: Manage job postings, contracts, candidate records, and feedback efficiently
