About the role:
This role is a launchpad into SAP consulting! You’re joining because you want to build a consulting career that matters, advising major organisations on complex SAP and AI transformation programmes in the UK. The Academy programme gives you a structured runway to develop the skills, confidence, and commercial instinct you’ll need before stepping into client-facing work.
Throughout your time in the Academy, you will learn about:
- Consulting & Delivery: Supporting project teams across areas like S/4HANA road-mapping, programme delivery, and value realisation.
- AI & Automation: Learning how we use Resulting’s AI platform, S4SensAI, to support delivery and improve visibility on programmes.
- Professional Development: Own your development plan, track progress, identify gaps, and take initiative to close them.
