We’re looking for a Marketing Content Lead who wants to be part of our journey. Our Marketing team is critical to our growth.
From concept to creation, you’ll bring our campaigns to life through video, animation, graphics, and presentations — turning long-form thought leadership into impactful, bite-sized assets that engage and convert.
You’ll also manage our organic social media presence, ensuring it reflects the vibrant, positive tone of Resulting IT. Working closely with our Copywriter and Marketing Executive, you\’ll constantly refine and optimise content for maximum impact.
You’ll have full access to a purpose-built in-house studio, and we’ll ensure you have the tools, software, and budget you need to produce outstanding creative work.

What will your day look like?
- Lead and deliver organic social media content and account management, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment to our brand.
- Design and deliver assets for sales enablement and presentations.
- Lead graphic design output across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Create compelling animation and motion graphics to support marketing activity.
- Lead and execute video production and editing for marketing and brand campaigns.
- Develop and manage podcast and audio content as part of our content mix.
- Drive UX/UI design thinking into marketing content to improve conversion and user experience.
- Deliver conversion rate optimisation (CRO) design for key marketing assets.
- Lead and implement A/B and multivariate testing of creative and content across platforms.
- Manage the application and evolution of Resulting’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to understand performance data and iterate creative to improve outcomes.
- Producing print-ready assets for events and collateral, with an eye for print accuracy and quality.
We’d love you to have some or all of the following
- A proven background as a creative, hands-on marketer producing high-quality content that drives results.
- A core strength in visual communication with the ability to bring ideas to life through video, animation, graphics, and digital experiences.
- Experience in managing social media accounts in a B2B environment and an understanding of the nuances which drives engagement and credibility.
- A strong proficieny in the Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools) with a great understanding of best practices across both digital and print media.
- The ability to write and recognise strong copy, alongside visual content creation and design.
- The knowledge of how content feeds into paid and organic strategies.
- A comfort with taking big ideas and turning them into valuable, smaller pieces of content that land with the right audience in the right way.
Ideally you\’ll also have
- Experience building and managing websites using CMS platforms like HubSpot or WordPress.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and skills.
- A team-player attitude — sleeves rolled up, no egos, no task too small.
- Previous experience in a consultancy environment.
