Immense focus on your development within the company. Established and experienced individuals that are experts in their field to learn and develop under. We have fantastic benefits. We’re growing fast and looking for people who want to be part of our journey.
The ideal candidate will be a proven SAP delivery professional who thrives in client-facing environments, takes full ownership of day-to-day engagement delivery, and can support account management activities where needed. You bring structure, confidence, and energy to every engagement you lead.
Here is what sets you apart:
- Leading self - you take ownership of your workload and your growth, prioritising effectively across multiple workstreams and holding yourself to a high standard of delivery.
- Leading others - you know how to rally a team, provide clear direction, and create an environment where people do their best work. You develop others and lead by example.
- Leading and managing through change - SAP transformations rarely go exactly to plan. You spot what needs to change, adapt quickly, and bring your team and clients along with you through uncertainty.
- Professional & Personal Development - you invest in your craft, stay current with SAP developments, and actively seek out opportunities to grow for yourself and for your clients. You influence through insight and demonstrate empathy.
- Consulting in an Operating Environment - you’re comfortable working in complex, fast-moving environments. You bring clarity to ambiguity, structure to chaos, and practical solutions to real-world delivery challenges.
- Ethics & Behaviours - you do the right thing, always. You respect your clients, your colleagues, and the commitments you make, and you hold yourself accountable when things don’t go to plan.
As a Programme Manager at Resulting, you will be at the heart of our client engagements, running day-to-day delivery, keeping programmes on track, and building the kind of trusted relationships that define our reputation. This is primarily a delivery-focused role: you will lead teams, manage plans, and ensure quality outcomes for our clients. You will also play a supporting role in account management, helping to maintain strong client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities, but your core focus is on getting the work done brilliantly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead day-to-day delivery across SAP engagements, owning plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies from kick-off through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, building confidence through clear communication, proactive issue management, and consistent follow-through.
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplined project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and delivering to a high standard.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, status reporting, and delivery rhythms that give clients transparency and control.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA adoption and integration activities, keeping delivery anchored to business outcomes rather than purely technical milestones.
- Identify and manage risks and issues early, adapting plans when circumstances change and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support account management activities including maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow-on work, and contributing to proposals where relevant.
- Champion quality and continuous improvement across engagements, embedding better ways of working and raising the bar on delivery standards.
- Contribute to Resulting’s internal growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting the development of our delivery practice.
