About you:
- Demonstrable experience of designing SAP Finance solutions for a global S/4HANA Programme.
- Experience of delivering complex S/4HANA Finance programme for multi country/sites and companies.
- Ability to work with CFO and Heads of Finance to deliver end to end SAP centric Finance solutions.
- Experience of designing and delivering innovative financial solutions that align with strategic business requirements.

About the role:
As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the business and IT supporting the definition of strategic ERP roadmaps that align with the business priorities. You will work with the business to understand current ways of working and future business drivers to architect innovative future finance solutions that meet the business requirements and drive the delivery of business value as part of the roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with business teams to document current finance processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders (including C-Suite) to design future-state SAP finance processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Promote SAP best practices consistently across all client engagements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial processes through system innovation.
- Gather and analyse user business requirements to understand key financial operations and business needs.
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP finance solutions that align with strategic objectives and design principles.
- Provide strategic input and oversee the development of scalable, robust finance system architectures that meet both current and future business needs within the wider architectural solution.
- Deliver innovative, forward-looking solutions that address organisational challenges and drive value.
- Support and input on both consulting and delivery engagements to ensure the right outcome for the client.
- Provide clarity and direction to the client guiding them to arrive at the right outcome.
- Advise stakeholders on SAP finance strategy, best practices, industry trends and operational insights to support organisational success.
- Clearly document client journeys and technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Articulate solutions for overcoming current inhibitors and shaping the future-state landscape.
