Here is what sets you apart:
- You have solid experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, or WFM – in ECC, S/4HANA, or both – and you understand where the roadmap is taking clients.
- You have S/4HANA programme experience, including at least one full‑cycle delivery.
- If your background is primarily in ECC or PM but you’ve been working close to S/4HANA, we want to hear from you.
- You’re comfortable advising clients on SAP’s EAM and PM roadmap.
- You’re experienced in managing client relationships and supporting complex engagements.
- You’ve supported architectural design and advisory engagements in EAM/PM programmes.
- You’re comfortable operating at C‑level, shaping strategy and roadmaps.
- You can articulate complex SAP topics simply and compellingly – in conversation and on paper.
- You enjoy mentoring others and take pride in deliverables that are clear, insightful, and genuinely useful.
- You thrive in fast‑moving environments and relish the opportunity to influence big decisions.
The SAP WAM/EAM Architect is both strategist and trusted guide – shaping SAP solutions that genuinely change how large organisations manage their assets and workforce. Across multiple client engagements, you’ll bring clarity and confidence to situations where both are in short supply.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand current EAM/WFM processes and define the future‑state design.
- Lead design workshops and Phase Zero assessments to shape S/4HANA roadmaps.
- Define and document solution architectures that integrate seamlessly across SAP and non‑SAP components.
- Advise and influence clients on SAP’s product roadmap, best practices, and transition strategies.
- Oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with architectural principles and business goals.
- Support business development and proposal creation for new SAP opportunities.
- Mentor consultants and support internal capability building in WAM/EAM/PM areas.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across client organisations.
What the role offers:

- Company‑funded MetLife Life Insurance.
- Pension with up to 5% employer match and up to 30% salary offset.
- HMRC‑approved EMI Share Scheme, with up to 13% of company equity on the table.
- When Resulting grows, you grow with it.
- Up to £2,500 referral bonus and a corporate card to cover business expenses.
- Fully funded SAP certifications from Associate to Professional, with SAP Learning Hub access from day one.
- A clear path to Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) accreditation.
Lifestyle & Flexibility:
- Flexible hybrid working and 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to 50% more via salary sacrifice.
