We provide clarity and certainty to customers who face obstacles, so you’ll be SUPER CURIOUS. Our customers love us because we go to places that others won’t, so you’ll be VERY BRAVE.

The Role
As our SAP EAM & Plant Maintenance Architect, you will be the go-to expert for clients across asset-intensive industries, helping them design and optimise their SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance landscapes. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will lead architecture decisions, shape implementation strategy, and work closely with client stakeholders from operational managers through to C-suite. You will also play a key part in shaping how Resulting grows its EAM capability in the UK.
Mission Statement (What you will do)
- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance solutioning engagements, from blueprint through to go-live and beyond.
- Design solutions that span SAP EAM, PM, and Asset Accounting, ensuring technical and financial asset management are properly aligned.
- Translate complex operational and maintenance requirements into scalable, future-proof SAP architecture.
- Work closely with clients to define asset lifecycle strategies, covering acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Provide oversight on the build of core PM components including equipment master data, functional locations, preventive maintenance plans, work order management, and maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure clean integration between PM and adjacent modules, particularly FI-AA, MM, PP, CO, and WM.
- Advise clients on the S/4HANA EAM roadmap, including Fiori asset management apps and the path beyond SAP ECC 2027 milestones.
- Bring awareness of the latest capabilities such as Predictive Maintenance, Linear Asset Management, and SAP Asset Intelligence Network where relevant to client context.
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the Resulting team, sharing knowledge and raising the bar across the practice.
- Contribute to pre-sales activity, including workshops, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
A bit about you
- You are an experienced SAP Architect with a rare mix of technical depth, business acumen, and communication finesse. You listen actively, empathise deeply, and translate complexity into clarity.
- Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - not just functional knowledge, but real implementation experience across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of how PM integrates with FI-AA - you can explain the Equipment to Asset Master relationship and how maintenance costs settle to financial assets without reaching for a slide deck.
- Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrations, with knowledge of how EAM capabilities have evolved in S/4HANA.
- Confident stakeholder management skills - you are comfortable challenging a client's thinking when necessary, and you know how to bring people along with you.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience producing architecture documentation, solution design artefacts, and presenting to senior audiences.
- A collaborative mindset - you share what you know, and you are invested in the success of the people around you.
But what’s in it for you?
- One of the UK's fastest growing tech companies (6 times Northern Tech Awards winners), expanding to the USA with a client list to die for.
- A completely sustainable, climate-positive organisation.
- Offices in the Northwest (Warrington) and London — growing fast in both the UK and the US.
- Private medical insurance, dental & vision cover, mental health support and 24/7 virtual GP access — all from day one.
- Life insurance at 4x your basic salary.
- Competitive pension with 5% employer match.
- 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 50% more annually.
