As the Executive Business Partner to the CEO, you will be the central force that supports, protects and enables the CEO to operate at their highest impact. You will manage ever-changing demands, remove friction, coordinate strategic priorities, and act as a trusted liaison with stakeholders across the business and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality presentations and communications to a consistently executive standard.
- Managing the board cycle, associated papers, actions and follow up.
- Providing updates to the CEO on progress highlighting areas of progress, risk or concern.
- Supporting the CEO with the cadence and follow up of performance conversation with board members to ensure scheduled and follow up is tracked and actioned.
- Coordinating CEO level meetings: drafting agendas, capturing minutes, logging actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Tracking strategic thrusts and supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership team in maintaining momentum across key programmes and leadership priorities.
- Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal stakeholders, clients, partners and external contacts.
- Anticipating needs seeing around corners and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise time, processes and decision-making.
- Supporting internal and external events, including conferences, keynote engagements and client workshops.
- Handling administrative and operational tasks that ensure the CEO’s “office” runs efficiently and with exceptional professionalism.
- Managing the CEO’s diary, travel arrangements and daily workflow with precision and foresight.
- Acting as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact, prioritising requests and ensuring smooth communication across the organisation.
