Mission statement- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance solutioning engagements, from blueprint through to go-live and beyond.
- Design solutions that span SAP EAM, PM, and Asset Accounting, ensuring technical and financial asset management are properly aligned.
- Translate complex operational and maintenance requirements into scalable, future-proof SAP architecture.
- Work closely with clients to define asset lifecycle strategies, covering acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
- Provide oversight on the build of core PM components including equipment master data, functional locations, preventive maintenance plans, work order management, and maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure clean integration between PM and adjacent modules, particularly FI-AA, MM, PP, CO, and WM.
- Advise clients on the S/4HANA EAM roadmap, including Fiori asset management apps and the path beyond SAP ECC 2027 milestones.
- Bring awareness of the latest capabilities such as Predictive Maintenance, Linear Asset Management, and SAP Asset Intelligence Network where relevant to client context.
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the Resulting team, sharing knowledge and raising the bar across the practice.
- Contribute to pre-sales activity, including workshops, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
The role involves being the go-to expert for clients across asset-intensive industries, helping them design and optimise their SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance landscapes. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will lead architecture decisions, shape implementation strategy, and work closely with client stakeholders from operational managers through to C-suite. You will also play a key part in shaping how Resulting grows its EAM capability in the UK.
A bit about you- You’re an experienced SAP Architect with a rare mix of technical depth, business acumen, and communication finesse.
- Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) – not just functional knowledge, but real implementation experience across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of how PM integrates with FI-AA – you can explain the Equipment to Asset Master relationship and how maintenance costs settle to financial assets.
- Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrations, with knowledge of how EAM capabilities have evolved in S/4HANA.
- Confident stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable challenging a client’s thinking when necessary, and you know how to bring people along with you.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience producing architecture documentation, solution design artefacts, and presenting to senior audiences.
- A collaborative mindset – you share what you know, and you’re invested in the success of the people around you.
