We are a Microsoft-first marketing agency delivering exceptional work across the Microsoft ecosystem for everybody, from Microsoft to its distributors, its partner community, and some ace organisations within it. We’re making waves throughout the channel, providing a real catalyst for the sort of change that Microsoft partners need. And we’re only just getting started.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting point in our journey as we deliver on our three promises: to support partner growth, to improve partner capability, and to make partner marketing accessible. This role is pivotal to supporting our clients digitally, with an emphasis on campaigns and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across a breadth of marketing tactics, including email, direct mail, PPC & paid social, SEO, web and ABM.
With support from the wider agency, you’ll be given opportunities to not only contribute to and lead on client projects but also develop new skills and experiences. We’re all about bringing a more intentional approach to marketing for Microsoft channel businesses, and with a name like Resultful, you’ll understand that we’re a results-focused business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating digital strategies for Resultful and our clients
- Building engaging and conversion-focused website pages
- Designing effective email campaigns – from one-off sends to automated workflows
- Creating engaging content across both design and word formats
- Executing and overseeing paid campaigns that deliver ROI against objectives
- Adopting a test-and-learn (experimental) approach to campaigns, which allows us to be objective about how we deliver campaigns
- Advising clients and colleagues on how to deliver digital campaigns and projects
- Interpreting data and insights to inform strategies and next steps for campaign actions
- Reporting on campaign progress, educating our clients on what data means and what (and why) we’re going to do as a result
- Researching channels, tools and best practices to ensure that we can stay ahead of the curve
- Managing projects that deliver against time, budget and ROI expectations
Who we’re looking for:
We’re Microsoft-first, so experience working with Microsoft technologies is important for this role. That experience extends beyond being a Microsoft 365 user; instead, we need you to have a good understanding of the wider tech stack, from modern work to Azure, Dynamics, Copilot, and everything in between.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Using or promoting a broad range of Microsoft technologies
- Delivering results through marketing
- B2B marketing (3+ years)
- Working within an agency environment (2+ years)
- Using data to inform performance
The nice-to-haves:
- Experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing tool
- Knowledge of design and “what good looks like”
- Experience designing and delivering organic social media strategies
The things that really matter:
- We offer a competitive salary based on experience
- We’re a remote-first business, so we each work from home full-time. But don’t worry, we’ll come together regularly so you can meet and build relationships with the wider team
- We offer flexible working - start early or finish late - whatever suits your lifestyle
- We offer 24 days' holiday + bank holidays off
