We're a Microsoft-first marketing agency delivering exceptional work across the Microsoft ecosystem for everybody, from Microsoft to its distributors, its channel partners & ISV community, and some ace organisations within it. You'll be joining us at an exciting point in our journey as we deliver on our three promises: to support partner growth, to improve partner capability, and to make partner marketing accessible.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives under pressure, works at pace, consistently delivers to a high standard and has a track record of delivering results. You'll play a key role in shaping demand generation strategies and delivering results for our channel partners. With support from the wider agency, you'll be given opportunities to not only contribute to and lead on client projects but also develop new skills and experiences.
We're all about bringing a more intentional approach to marketing for Microsoft channel businesses, and with a name like Resultful, you'll understand that we're results-focused.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, events, paid media) to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Developing go‐to‐market strategies for Microsoft business solutions, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Security, and Business Applications.
- Collaborating with sales, product, and partner teams to align campaigns with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Leading multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high‐quality execution.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Managing budgets and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Staying up‐to‐date with industry trends and best practices in B2B demand generation and Microsoft ecosystem marketing.
- Supporting internal agency sales & marketing activities.
Who we're looking for:
We're Microsoft-first, so experience working with Microsoft technologies is important for this role. That experience extends beyond being a Microsoft 365 user; instead, we need you to have a good understanding of the wider tech stack, from Modern Work to Azure, Dynamics, Security, Copilot, and everything in between.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience leading multiple campaigns at one time.
- Knowledge of paid media and ABM strategies targeting senior business decision‐makers.
- Experience in data‐driven approaches with strong analytical skills for reporting and optimisation.
- Experience in marketing events and webinars.
- The ability to collaborate creatively with designers and content teams under tight deadlines.
- A proven track record in delivering results in a B2B environment.
The nice‐to‐haves:
- Experience using HubSpot as a CRM and marketing tool.
- Knowledge of design and "what good looks like".
- Experience designing and delivering organic social media strategies.
The things that really matter:
The salary for this role is up to £50k (dependent on experience). We're a remote‐first business, so we each work from home full‐time. But don't worry, we'll come together regularly so you can meet and build relationships with the broader team. We offer flexible working – start early or finish late – whatever suits your lifestyle.
