To support our growth in our London office and take part in cutting‑edge data projects, we are currently looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Data Reporting & Visualization.

WHAT DO SENIOR CONSULTANTS SPECIALIZED IN DATA REPORTING & VISUALIZATION DO @ RESULTANCE?

Our Senior Consultants are multi‑faced experts with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of business operations. As specialists in Data Reporting & Visualization, they turn complex data into meaningful insights, enabling organisations to make data‑driven decisions and optimise their performance. With expertise in data analysis and data visualization tools (like Power BI), they design and implement cutting‑edge reporting solutions that enhance productivity and streamline decision‑making.

• Collecting, analysing, and transforming raw data into actionable insights – ANALYZE & INTERPRET
• Designing and optimising SQL queries to ensure efficient data extraction and processing – QUERY & OPTIMISE
• Creating compelling dashboards and visualisations with Power BI – VISUALISE & ENGAGE
• Identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to drive strategic decisions – DISCOVER & STRATEGISE
• Presenting insights in a clear, compelling, and actionable way – SHOWCASE
• Supporting teams in adopting data‑driven methodologies to achieve sustainable results – COACH
• Mentoring junior consultants and fostering a culture of analytical excellence – INSPIRE
• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement in reporting frameworks – IMPROVE & EVOLVE
• Becoming a trusted advisor and go‑to expert for data‑driven transformation – BUILD TRUST

HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

• You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• You are fluent in English.
• Max 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in consulting or with a leading industry player focusing on:
• Data analysis and business intelligence to drive operational excellence.
• SQL development for querying, processing, and optimising large datasets.
• Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau) to create advanced dashboards and reports.
• Interpreting complex data and presenting insights in a clear, impactful way.
• Managing projects from inception to execution, ensuring data solutions drive real business value.
• Leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a data‑driven culture.
