To support our growth in our London office and take part in cutting-edge data projects, we are currently looking for a Junior Consultant – Data & AI.
WHAT DO JUNIOR CONSULTANTS SPECIALIZED IN DATA REPORTING & VISUALIZATION DO @ RESULTANCE?
Our Junior Consultants are analytical problem-solvers with a strong interest in business operations and data. As specialists in Data Reporting & Visualization, they support the transformation of complex data into meaningful insights, helping organizations make informed decisions and improve performance. With developing expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (such as Power BI), they contribute to the design and implementation of reporting solutions that enhance productivity and support effective decision-making.
More precisely, they support organisations in leveraging data to drive transformation and operational excellence:
- Collecting, analysing, and transforming raw data into actionable insights => ANALYSE & INTERPRET
- Supporting the design and optimisation of SQL queries for efficient data extraction and processing => QUERY & OPTIMISE
- Assisting in the creation of dashboards and visualisations using Power BI => VISUALISE & ENGAGE
- Identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators with guidance from senior team members => DISCOVER & SUPPORT DECISIONS
- Presenting insights in a clear, structured, and actionable way => SHOWCASE
- Supporting teams in adopting data-driven approaches => SUPPORT & LEARN
- Collaborating closely with colleagues on client engagements and internal projects => COLLABORATE
- Contributing to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks => IMPROVE & GROW
- Building the foundations to become a trusted contributor in data-driven transformation projects => BUILD FOUNDATION
OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
- You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics.
- You are fluent in English.
- 0–2 years of experience in a relevant field, with exposure to:
- Data analysis and business intelligence concepts
- SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
- Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau) to create reports and dashboards
- Interpreting data and communicating insights clearly
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
