Your new role: Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Strategist is primarily responsible for supporting the on- and off-site content omni-marketing strategy for websites within their assigned portfolio. The Content Marketing Strategist works closely with content marketing leaders and manages a multidisciplinary team to ensure they are working in sync with the franchise’s commercial goals and OKRs. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, leadership, and time management skills to drive brand engagement and meet marketing objectives.

  • Manage a team of Content Coordinators, Brand Marketing Coordinators, Outreach Specialists, Writers, and Content Creators/Influencers, ensuring steady workflow, quality of work, and high performance.
  • Disseminate overarching strategy into key components, initiatives, and action items based on thorough competitive research and analysis in the areas of email marketing, social media, digital PR, and content.
  • Lead the execution of on- and off-site content strategies, guiding team members, prioritizing tasks and projects based on franchise priorities.
  • Support and collaborate with Franchise Partners by providing recommendations to develop a comprehensive omni-marketing and content strategy aligned with franchise and website objectives and best practices, while considering key events and industry news.
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Team on implementation and handover of special projects and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop initial branding ideation for projects within the assigned franchise portfolio.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement data across on- and off-site content, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance social media engagement and overall digital footprint.
  • Conduct thorough competitive research and analysis to stay ahead of brand marketing industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Continuously research, identify, and fill content gaps in collaboration with the larger content and brand marketing teams, leveraging SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including franchise partners and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation and execution of franchise plans that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Contribute to design/product feedback cycles on franchise properties’ appearance and features.
  • Audit and support the success of existing initiatives, ensuring they are driving engagement and following best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing or guiding a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ROI measurement.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
