Restructa Ltd, the UK\’s leading specialist recycler for display products, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team in Irvine. We are part of the Optimum Eco Group, a leading force in the Circular Economy, driving innovative solutions for the reuse, repair, and recycling of electronics, electrical equipment, and display products.
The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee and direct the daily operations of our site. This role is critical for ensuring full compliance with environmental, health & safety, and regulatory standards, while simultaneously driving operational efficiency and optimizing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with SEPA regulations and health & safety standards.
Manage and support a team of supervisors, operational staff, and drivers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead site health & safety initiatives, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and staff training.
Maintain strong working relationships with key partners
Essential
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in site or operations management within the waste management, logistics, or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of SEPA regulations
Demonstrated Leadership Experience Managing Large Teams Across Multiple Functions.
Sound understanding of health & safety legislation and best practices. Competent in managing machinery maintenance and operational compliance.
Excellent communication and management skills. Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable
NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
CPC qualification for transport management.
Experience working with WEEE regulations and hazardous waste handling.
