We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to help accelerate our SaaS expansion across the UK and Europe. If you thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments, enjoy owning the full sales cycle, and love shaping how a product goes to market, this could be your next move.
The Opportunity
As an Account Executive at Restrata, you’ll be at the forefront of new business growth. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, win new customers, and work closely with product marketing to refine positioning and messaging based on real market insight. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years’ experience in small or mid-size SaaS companies who enjoys autonomy, impact, and momentum. German language skills are highly preferred; additional European languages are a strong plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across the UK and Europe
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS solutions
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with product marketing to sharpen messaging and campaigns
- Feed market and customer insights into product development
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or software sales
- Proven success in new business acquisition
- Background in small or mid-size SaaS companies (not large enterprises)
- Strong product marketing and go-to-market experience
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable using CRM and sales enablement tools
- German language skills highly preferred; other European languages valued
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- Previous experience as a SaaS Sales Executive
- Familiarity with account planning and cross-sell/up-sell strategies
