Restrata, headquartered in London, seeks an experienced HR Manager for a 12-14 month maternity-cover term. You will run day-to-day HR across ~115 staff in the UK, US and UAE from our London HQ on a hybrid basis, with travel to Aberdeen.
Focus is on compliance, operations and execution, not new frameworks. You’ll own employee lifecycle delivery, advise executives, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure sponsor licence and IR35 compliance.
