Restrata is seeking an experienced HR Manager on a maternity cover to oversee the full HR function from our London HQ. The role supports a c.115-person team across the UK, US and UAE, with hybrid working and occasional travel to Aberdeen.
You will manage employee relations, recruitment, payroll support and policy compliance with strong autonomy and exposure to an executive team. The successful candidate will bring UK labour law expertise, IR35 experience, and a CIPD qualification or equivalent.
