About the Role
As a CRO, you’ll be the first point of contact for emergencies, working 24/7 in our GOCC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring global operations, tracking personnel, and maintaining critical IT systems.
- Answering emergency calls, extracting key information, and initiating response procedures.
- Managing client support tickets, troubleshooting IT issues, and compiling daily reports.
- Providing first-line support for SOS alerts and working with international teams to resolve incidents.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll need to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and handle responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
