We are an international agricultural technology company, supporting growers across Europe and beyond with innovative systems that help improve crop performance and storage.
This is a practical, hands-on role within our Assembly and Service team. You’ll work on the assembly, servicing, maintenance, and installation of our equipment, supporting both internal teams and customers in the UK and Europe. If you enjoy technical problem-solving, working with your hands, and seeing your work used in the field, this role offers real variety.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, service, and maintain Restrain generators and Biofresh systems
- Refurbish sensors, including disassembly, calibration, and reassembly
- Support equipment installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis (mechanical & electrical)
- Assist with logistics, including equipment shipments and inventory control
- Support trials alongside the Technical Agronomy team
- Maintain accurate service and operational records (Salesforce)
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on engineering/service experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Practical, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicating with customers and internal teams
- Willing to travel across the UK and Europe if required
- Additional languages (Dutch, French, German or others) are a plus
