Responsibilities
- Deliver recovery activities and facilitate mental health support in indoor and outdoor spaces, for individuals and groups.
- An interest in horticulture, arts and crafts.
- Support people in setting and achieving personal goals, promoting independence and social inclusion.
- Co‑facilitate group sessions and goal‑based interventions, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
- Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and information governance requirements.
- Monitor outcomes, evaluate progress, and implement improvements as needed.
- Plan and deliver structured recovery activities.
- Encourage participation and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Use strengths‑based approaches to support mental health recovery and personal development.
Qualifications
