As a <b>Recovery Outreach Worker</b>, you’ll take recovery support out into communities—building trust, widening access, and co‑creating activities that reflect local strengths and lived experience.

If you’re driven by values, connection, and impact, this is your chance to help people shape brighter futures.</p> <h2>About The Role</h2> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively reach and engage under‑engaged and marginalised communities through relationship‑led, culturally attuned outreach.</li> <li>Co‑design and deliver place‑based recovery activities with community members, reflecting local strengths, cultural norms, and community voice.</li> <li>Facilitate one‑to‑one and group support, using flexible, identity‑affirming approaches that respect lived experience and learning styles.</li> <li>Support people to set and pursue meaningful goals, promoting autonomy, independence, and inclusion.</li> <li>Work in partnership with individuals, families, carers, and community networks, recognising personal preferences and cultural perspectives.</li> <li>Embed safe, trauma‑informed practice that upholds dignity, empowerment, and confidentiality.</li> <li>Keep clear, person‑centred records and contribute to service quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul> <li>A positive, resilient attitude and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission.</li> <li>Experience delivering one‑to‑one and group support in diverse communities, using inclusive, culturally responsive approaches.</li> <li>Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills, with IT literacy.</li> <li>Ability to build trust, engage people who may be hesitant to access services, and co‑design goals and recovery plans.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel across Oxfordshire as part of your role.</li> </ul> <p>Desirable: lived‑experience‑informed practice; motivational interviewing or coaching; experience supporting people with complex needs; community outreach and strengths/asset‑based approaches.</p> <p>Ready to apply?
