About the role:

  • Coordinate mental health recovery programmes that help individuals reach their goals in a group setting.
  • Support people with activities, using outdoor spaces, and education and personal development, tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
  • Manage and motivate a team to create a supportive, high‑performing environment.
  • Promote professional growth, teamwork, and drive person‑centred care delivery.
  • Oversee and manage caseloads and groupwork, ensuring all activities meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance standards.
  • Expand and support more group activities, adapting to the needs and preferences of participants and encouraging wider engagement.
  • Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and stakeholders to deliver truly person‑centred recovery, listening to feedback and continuously improving the service.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission.
  • Experience in health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • An interest in a range of group activities including gardens, arts and crafts and wellbeing topics.
  • IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area.
  • Experience supervising and managing staff, motivational interviewing/coaching, and working with people with mental health needs.
