Hours: 5 days over 7, 7am – 5pm or 9am – 7pm

Salary £30,654 per annum

Are you a reliable and detail-driven team player with proven warehouse experience? Restore Harrow Green is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy operation, ensuring client assets are handled, stored, and distributed with the highest standards of care.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping us deliver a seamless, efficient, and safe service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process, pick, and prepare orders from internal and external warehouses
• Operate IT systems including stock control software and Microsoft Office
• Liaise with clients and colleagues by phone, email, and face-to-face
• Oversee stock control, stock checks, and goods in/out processes
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for all stock movements
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with H&S regulations
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

About You

• Valid FLT Licence (Reach & Counterbalance) – essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Emergency First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to train)
• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a similar role
• Skilled in time management, organisation, and prioritisation
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to handling client assets responsibly
