About the role: As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging existing and target customers through targeted outbound sales activity. Working from a defined data set, you will build strong customer relationships, maximise spend and proactively position Restore Technology’s full proposition, as well as supporting cross-selling opportunities across the wider Restore Group. Your impact will directly support business growth, customer retention and long-term commercial success.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing and target customers to secure and grow business
  • Research, qualify and add relevant accounts to the CRM database
  • Prepare, present and negotiate quotes, pricing and agreements
  • Maximise customer retention and increase pricing where commercially viable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, quotes and opportunities within the CRM
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal operational teams
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPIs in line with business expectations
  • Escalate risks or service issues promptly to protect customer relationships

About you: Proven experience in B2B telesales with the ability to close sales over the phone. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and listening skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proactive, resilient and motivated with a positive, team-focused approach. Knowledge of the competitive landscape would be advantageous. Understanding of IT lifecycle services, with prior experience in the IT lifecycle sector desirable.

Other Information: This role may require you to travel and to stay away from home from time to time. In some circumstances it may also require you to work beyond the normal working hours, for instance when working on a bid where deadlines exist for submission.
