We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and testing a wide range of electronic devices to manufacturer standards. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring devices are restored to excellent working condition, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting our sustainability goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
- Carry out component replacements and repairs, including screens, batteries, connectors and circuit-level faults.
- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure devices meet company standards.
- Accurately document repairs completed, including parts used and repair processes followed.
- Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory management of parts and replacement components.
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques, technology trends and manufacturer guidance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

- Proven experience carrying out third-line electronic device repairs in a professional environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
- Confident repairing a wide range of electronic devices and operating systems to manufacturer standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Positive and resilient team player with a collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
