Location: Home Based / Travel to sites (Cardington, Stevenage, Birmingham, Bristol, Runcorn). Driving licence essential.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the division in meeting all statutory Health, Safety and Welfare obligations
- Identify real and potential hazards, providing clear advice and practical solutions
- Assist managers in producing suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements
- Conduct site health & safety audits and oversee follow‑up actions
- Maintain and manage incident reporting through the Eco Online system
- Review existing risk assessments, procedures and audit findings, advising on improvements
- Work with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective H&S risk‑mitigation measures
- Support the identification of training needs and help drive continuous improvement across all sites
About you:
- Hold a recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH (Fire and Environmental desirable)
- At least two years’ experience in multi‑site H&S management
- Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ideally ISO 45001/45003
- Confident assessing risks, conducting investigations and producing clear, accurate reports
- Able to build strong relationships, communicate clearly and influence safe working behaviours
