As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing one of our flagship sites, overseeing daily operations, leading a large team and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all site operations and facilities for office-based teams on site.
- Lead and develop a team of 150+.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Effectively manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other sites across the business.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, policies, and service level agreements.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in managing large teams of 150+ ideally in operations, tech or retail.
- Strong coaching and team development skills.
- Experience in change management, and process improvement.
- Ability to identify and solve problems and implement solutions.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on KPIs and operational targets.
- Knowledge and experience of working with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001.
- Strong IT Literacy.
- Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to other sites on occasion.
