About The Role
Location: Wolverhampton (WV13 3XB) - Must be required to work at more than one site based in Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Perm/ Full-Time

Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of data security, ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents to keep our customers' information safe. Key Responsibilities
- Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
- Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
- Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
- Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Support operational targets and service delivery.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

- A willingness to support other operational teams by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.

- Able to use a trolley safely to move multiple boxes (typically 5-6 at a time). (Essential)
- Confident in carrying out physical tasks, including lifting, wrapping pallets, sorting, moving materials safely and repetitive handling of boxes weighing approximately up to 5kg. (Essential)
- Experienced using navigation tools safely and effectively whilst driving. (Essential)
- Have basic Computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks. (Essential)
