Hours: Monday – Friday, Start time between 5:00 – 06:00 to 15:00-16:00

At Restore Datashred in Norwich, we\’re on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver.

You\’ll be responsible for collecting confidential documents from customer sites and securely transporting them for destruction. Whether working solo or with a driver\’s assistant, you\’ll enjoy interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload your vehicle at customer sites and our depot
  • Collect confidential information and materials
  • Provide updates to team members and collaborate with warehouse and production teams
  • Safely drive our well-maintained vans, ensuring material security
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections

About You

  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential)
  • Understanding of Manual Handling and Physical Work Requirements (Essential)
  • Experience Operating Commercial Vehicles and Tachograph (Essential)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding role (Essential)
