Location: Stroud - GL6 8GA (Stroud/ Gloucester)

Contract Type: Perm

Hours: 8am till 5pm - Full Time Occasional 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
  • Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
  • Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
  • Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Support operational targets and service delivery.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Criteria
  • Support other Operation departments by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks.
  • A team player who can also work independently and follow processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.
  • Dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Manage workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales.
  • Have basic Computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks (Essential).
  • Have the ability to stand for extended periods (Essential).
  • Have the ability to record and sort high volume of incoming files and boxes (Essential).
  • Have the ability to be able to lift up to 10kg on a daily basis (Essential).
