As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing a site of over 100 colleagues, ensuring smooth operations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing all aspects of site operations, including production and office-based teams Leading and developing a large team (50+ direct reports) to achieve performance targets and service excellence Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency Managing change effectively in a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment Working closely with other sites across the business Ensuring compliance with health & safety, operational policies, and customer service level agreements Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing large teams (50+ people) in a warehouse and/or office environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams Experience in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency Ability to identify challenges, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, operational setting, working to targets and KPI’S on a daily basis IT Literacy Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to others sites on occasion.
