About The Role

Location: Birmingham (B24 0PQ)

Contract Type: Perm/ Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours 8AM - 16:30PM

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor role within our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with full support and training provided to help you succeed in a leadership position.

The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Manager with the day-to-day running of operations. This includes supporting site-level processes, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service, and maintaining a strong focus on adhering to all quality procedures in place. The role also involves supporting the leadership of the service delivery team on a daily basis, ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of requested services in line with expectations and team targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of operations
  • Support the completion of all service requests by customers
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Help oversee and coordinate a team
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally
  • Assist in maintaining high health and safety standards

About You

  • Previous experience in a managerial, supervisory or team leader role
  • Experience overseeing or supporting a team of 10-15 people
  • Awareness of health and safety practices
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working as part of a team and supporting others
  • Basic IT skills
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Full Driving License - we can accept up to 6 points max
