Key Responsibilities
- Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
- Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
- Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
- Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Support operational targets and service delivery.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

- Support other Operation departments by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks.
- A team player who can also work independently and follow processes.
