Purpose of the Role
This role is critical to Restore with both customer and supplier facing responsibilities. On the customer side, this role will be responsible for managing the completion of customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in conjunction with functional leads and subject matter experts across Restore. On the supplier side, this role will manage supplier risk assessments across Restore, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards while safeguarding operations and strengthening trust with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain customer due diligence questionnaires, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct supplier/vendor risk assessments in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for customer and supplier due diligence processes.
- Support compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and customer contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, operations, and business units to manage supplier risks.
- Identify, escalate, and track remediation of potential compliance or operational risks.
- Assist in developing and improving due diligence and supplier risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to internal and external audits as needed.
- Assist in developing a knowledge library to improve the consistency and efficiency of our responses to customer due diligence requests.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, questionnaires, and assessments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with risk/compliance tools is a plus.
