We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented End User Operative to join our Dispatch Team. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling dispatch requests to clients and end users, ensuring every asset leaves our facility correctly prepared, updated, and documented. Your work will have a direct impact on the service we deliver, helping to maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency, and ensuring clients receive equipment in excellent condition and on time. Key Responsibilities:- Answer and fulfil dispatch requests, including sourcing, picking, cleaning, packing and shipping
- Perform quality checks to ensure devices are suitable for redeployment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and remove assets from the system once shipped
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure all dispatch documentation, shipment, and tracking information is up to date
- Follow best practices for handling and packaging to prevent transport damage
- Maintain stock of packaging supplies and apply good inventory control practices
- Support the wider team, including production and warehouse, to help meet SLA requirements
- Confident using Excel and CRM systems, with strong general computer skills
- Experienced in stock audits and inventory control
- Able to manage multiple dispatch requests with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a methodical and accurate approach
- A team player with good communication skills and an understanding of logistics processes
