About The Role
Location: Cardington, Bedford, MK42 0PQ
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Working Hours and Days: 13:45 to 22:30 - Monday to Thursday, 13:45 to 22:15pm - Friday (38.5 hours per week)
Salary: £24,856 plus a 10% late shift allowance and a monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets

As part of the wider Restore Group, we play a vital role in supporting data security, sustainability and operational excellence for our customers across the UK.
As a Process Technician, you will be a key part of our Operations team, responsible for ensuring IT assets are accurately recorded, tested and processed to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to meeting customer specifications, maintaining site KPIs and supporting the smooth and safe running of our processing facility in Cardington.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing IT hardware in line with customer specifications and company standards
- Testing and processing IT equipment in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately recording and maintaining production and stock records
- Palletising equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all stock is accounted for and stored securely
- Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping
- Adhering to all health, safety, environmental and company policies
- Providing flexible support across warehouse operations, including absence cover and additional duties when required
