Salary: £42,645.58 to £47,101.13

As part of the Milton Keynes engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high-speed printing, inserting and other ancillary equipment being used to produce our customer’s business critical documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Set-up and maintain production machinery to pre-defined Standards
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance schedule to strict timescales, complying with H&S
- Provide fast and effective breakdown fault diagnosis and repair
- Responsible for hands-on analysis and problem solving
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Escalating concerns or issues at the earliest opportunity
What we are looking for:
- Hold a recognised engineering qualification - Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 (City and Guilds/HNC) (Essential)
- Demonstrable multi-skilled maintenance engineering experience (Essential)
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced production engineering environment (Essential)
- Logical approach
- Results focused with clear understanding of targets (Essential)Desire to work together with your team to achieve common aims (Essential)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
- Hands-on experience in production engineering within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or other high-paced manufacturing environments
- Basic knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Word
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and other Environmental procedures
- Experience with electrical fault finding
