MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB The key focus of the IT Applications Analyst role is to assist the team in ensuring Restore RIM core Business applications (i.e.O’neil, RSS3 and RestoreWeb) are supported and enhanced to meet the ongoing requirements of both Restore, and it’s customers. KEY TASKS · Escalation for advice and Support of O’neil applications· BAU support of deployed Restore bespoke applications, i.e. Restoreweb, RSS3.· Maintenance of documentation for Restore bespoke applications.· Full lifecycle management of bespoke applications, including Development and maintenance of test matrices, Release Notes, and presentation of changes to CAB.· Acting as a point of escalation for the BS Helpdesk – utilizing Fresh.· Liaison with third party SW vendors when required· Keeping up to date with SW Versions (from O’neil) and New Features/Functions as they pertain to bespoke applications.· Provide reporting to the Business as requested· Engage on Ad-Hoc Projects as a resource when requested· Instigate and participate in Business User Forums and Discussion Groups for applications SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Essential) Effective and demonstrable organisational skills, with attention to detail.Good comprehension of the Software application LifecycleAbility to configure and troubleshoot software and configuration.In depth knowledge of the O’Neil RS-SQL application software (Ops and Admin).Understanding of the function of the Web Portals (both…
