Duties and Responsibilities: Driving a Class 2 vehicle and completing planned collection routes Collecting confidential documents, paper waste, IT equipment and other secure materials Loading, moving and handling collection bags and containers Working across customer sites, including walking between collection points and occasional stair access Using a PDA to record collection details and customer information Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with Drivers' Hours regulations Maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer materials at all times Delivering excellent customer service and representing Restore Datashred professionallyAbout you: Full UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence (Essential) Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (Essential) Understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations (Essential) Someone who enjoys an active role and is comfortable with manual handling activities throughout the day (Essential) Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and manage daily routes effectively Reliable, organised and committed to safe working practices Ability to handle confidential materials with professionalism and discretion effectively (Essential)Please note: This is an active role that includes regular lifting and moving of collection sacks and containers throughout the working day.
