About The Role
Location: Coventry CV2 2SZ
Contract Type: 6 Month FTC
Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 2:00am

Our warehouse team plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of data security, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and destruction of sensitive documents. You will be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly while helping to protect our customers' information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately track, handle, and protect customer information through careful indexing and record management.
- Pick and prepare a high volume of records per shift, in line with operational demands. This may involve moving up to nine boxes weighing up to 15kg each for a single pick.
- Record, store, and retrieve incoming boxes, files, and documents within designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare customer records for dispatch or secure destruction, ensuring all movements are accurately logged.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
- Use the O'Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
- Support van driving duties as required, including covering van driver absences and holidays.
About You
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational needs.
- Knowledge of the O'Neil system is desirable.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
- This role involves physical activity and manual handling, so you should be comfortable with lifting and moving boxes as part of your daily duties.
