We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative / Service Delivery Operative to join our Physical Services team within Restore Information Management. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of data security, ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents to keep our customers' information safe. Become an essential part of our success and contribute to our smooth operations!

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence; driving role will cover emergency deliveries, drivers' annual leave and dedicated service 1 day a week.
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
  • Utilise our Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
  • Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
  • Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices and equipment provided.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Support operational targets and service delivery.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

  • A willingness to support other operational teams by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately.

  • Manage workload and complete tasks within agreed timescales.
  • Someone who has basic computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks (Essential).
  • Able to stand for extended periods and at heights (Essential).
  • Confident in recording and sorting high volume of incoming files and boxes (Essential).
  • Physically comfortable with lifting up to 10kg on a daily basis (Essential).
  • A multi-skilled individual who can drive, carry out deliveries in automatic/manual vans and accurately load and unload pallets into vans (Essential).
