Restore PLC is the UK’s largest independent document and business lifecycle services provider, delivering secure records management, digitisation, shredding, and IT lifecycle services across the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track, handle, and protect customer information through careful indexing and record management.
- Pick and prepare a high volume of records per shift, in line with operational demands. This may involve moving up to nine boxes weighing up to 15kg each for a single pick.
- Record, store, and retrieve incoming boxes, files, and documents within designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare customer records for dispatch or secure destruction, ensuring all movements are accurately logged.
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
- Use the O’Neil Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
- VNA driving duties as required.
About You:
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable team player with good interpersonal skills and basic IT knowledge.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support operational needs.
- Knowledge of the O’Neil system is desirable.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
This role involves physical activity and manual handling, so you should be comfortable with lifting and moving boxes as part of your daily duties.
