Location: Silvertown, E16 2BZ
Salary: £70,000 per annum + commission and car allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for business development? Restore Harrow Green is seeking an accomplished Account Director to help lead our growth journey.
As our new Account Director, you\’ll play a pivotal role in generating fresh leads, reigniting relationships with dormant clients, and unlocking cross-selling opportunities across the wider Restore PLC group. You\’ll also develop new business in targeted sectors, drive internal efficiencies, and foster a culture of proactive communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Converting incoming leads and enquiries into valuable sales appointments
• Reviving and nurturing long-term relationships with current and dormant customers
• Leveraging synergies across Restore PLC group companies through smart cross-selling
• Opening doors with new clients in targeted public and private sector markets
• Streamlining admin processes to drive efficiency and support business growth
• Championing open, effective communication across all levels of the division
• Working closely with managers and teams to ensure seamless collaboration
• Participating in weekly review meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are delivered on time

About You:

• A track record of success in business development or account management
• Tenacity and resilience when pursuing new opportunities
• Strong market research skills and the ability to clearly communicate our unique value proposition
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track pipeline activity
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team success
• A willingness to learn, we’ll provide training to help you thrive in your role
