Fixed Term, Full time (4 - 8 months, starting April) 9-hour days (full time, Monday-Friday) $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience).

We’re looking for a practical, reliable human to join our planting and dispatch team through our busy season. This is a full-time, fixed-term role, working both out in the field planting trees and at the nursery preparing and dispatching plants. Previous experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Plant native trees in the field.
  • Prepare and dispatch plants at the nursery.
  • Assist with dispatch logistics.
  • Maintain plant health during the season.
Qualifications:
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Good organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in planting or horticulture is helpful but not required.
