Are you eager to make a real impact with your skills?

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, the Facilities Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Facilities Managers, Security Officer and Mines teams to ensure the smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of facilities across all Restore sites. This role supports the delivery of high standards in workplace safety, maintenance, and service provision, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-managed working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive helpdesk support for facilities-related queries and service requests.
  • Support the wider Facilities Team in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant working environments.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with approved contractors, including ensuring Risk Assessments, Method Statements and insurances are submitted prior to work commencement.
  • Receiving and reviewing completion reports, certificates, and other documentation.
  • Maintain and update service schedules for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all Restore sites.
  • Liaising with managers, stakeholders, and customers via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Carrying out occasional site visits as required.

About You

  • Business-aware mindset, able to balance competing operational needs across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • IT literate, with solid experience using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous experience in a Facilities Co-ordinator or Facilities Administrator role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
