We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at our busy London Silvertown branch. Reporting to the Head of Warehouse and Fleet Operations, you’ll ensure the smooth running of daily activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the branch’s growth. A valid driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Maintain high standards for goods in and out processes
- Complete customer inventories within a 48-hour SLA
- Work closely with administration teams to meet customer needs
- Organise warehouse space to support growth
- Recruit, train and retain warehouse colleagues
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
Skills & Experience:
- Proven warehouse supervision or management experience
- Strong customer-first approach
- Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence
- Hands-on leadership style
- Able to engage from shop floor to senior management level
