Are you a detail-oriented and reliable team player with warehouse experience? Restore Harrow Green is looking for a Warehouse Operative to support our growing operation by managing, receiving, and distributing clients assets with precision and care.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, youll be a key contributor to delivering top-quality service to our internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and picking orders from internal and external warehouses
- Operating IT systems including stock control software and Microsoft Office
- Liaising with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Administering stock control, managing stock checks, and handling deliveries
- Maintaining paperwork accuracy to match incoming/outgoing stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with H&S regulations
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and deadlines
About You
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Forklift Truck Certification Reach & Counterbalance with experience operating FLT trucks
- Emergency First Aid at Work certification (training can be provided)
- Previous experience in a warehouse role
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A trustworthy, responsible attitude when handling client assets
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
