Operations Administrator Location: Coventry, CV2 2SZ Salary: £26,218.58 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm Contract: Permanent, Full Time The role of Administration Assistant involves supporting the depot team by managing branch administration tasks and ensuring exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will handle daily and weekly duties, including inputting orders and contracts into the computer system, completing company paperwork accurately, and processing route clear-downs. Key responsibilities also include liaising with staff and customers, building effective relationships with the Sales, Transport, and Warehouse teams, and maintaining proactive communication with SCOs. Prompt responses to email and phone requests are also essential.
