About The Role Role: 3.5T Van Driver Location: Coventry, CV2 2SZ Salary: £(phone number removed) Hours a week: 45 hours a week (Mon – Fri, 05.30 – 15.15) Contract type: Permanent, full time As a Secure Collection Operative, you will handle the secure collection and delivery of confidential materials. This hands-on role involves heavy lifting and requires maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver first-class customer service, being polite and meeting customer expectations Communicate proactively with the depot’s admin and transport planning team Perform vehicle pre-use safety checks, reporting any defects Drive vehicles safely and responsibly, complying with Road Transport legislation Load necessary equipment onto the vehicle before leaving the depot Use the PDA to record daily collection activities and customer information Complete all jobs on time, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed Safeguard confidential materials and ensure they are ready for secure destruction upon return to the depot Debrief daily with the admin team and ensure timesheets are signed offAbout You: Full Clean license Comfortable driving 3.5 T Vans Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to apply customer care principles Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesSome of our benefits include: Annual Leave – 23 days + bank holidays Life Assurance – 2x basic annual salary Bereavement Counselling – Support during difficult times Free Onsite Parking Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – Confidential counselling via Health Assured Eye Care Support – Free eye tests and up to £70 towards glasses for DSE users and drivers (includes retinal photography for drivers over 40) About The Company Restore Commitment to Disability Confidence We assess candidates based on their experience and suitability for the role, as outlined in their CV and application.
